Michele Wilkins joined the NDVESH team in 2024, bringing a lifelong passion for animal care and welfare to our front desk. She thrives on making every pet and owner feel welcome and at ease during a crisis or end-of-life decision. As an emergency clinic receptionist, Michele can quickly aid a pet in need, ensuring that critical patients are swiftly moved into the care of our medical team.

With a 30-year background in the veterinary field, Michele has worked in every role from Veterinary Tech Assistant to Practice Manager. She understands that emergency visits are often the most stressful moments of a pet owner’s life and takes pride in offering empathy, clear communication, and a steady hand during a crisis.

At home, Michele and husband Chris are proud pet parents to Suge, a bulldog mix, four cats, Chrissy, Jeannie, Dirk, and FiFi, plus a box turtle, Zelda. They are also human parents to two grown children and a grandson. When not at the clinic, Michele enjoys gardening & horseback riding.
