Madeline Heimer, CVA

Madeline is a Frisco, Texas native who has worked in the veterinary field since 2016, bringing experience across small animal medicine, exotics, equine care, and specialty services including ophthalmology and internal medicine. She currently works in emergency medicine, where her passions include emergency and critical care, anesthesia, and supporting patients and teams in high-acuity environments.

Madeline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialized focus in Therapeutic Horsemanship, combining clinical expertise with a strong foundation in leadership and organizational development. In her role as Hospital Culture Ambassador at North Dallas Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital, she leads initiatives that strengthen team engagement and morale, including planning hospital-wide and community events, celebrations, and outreach efforts. She is deeply committed to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture and believes that investing in education, training, and team development is essential to both patient care excellence and long-term hospital success.

Outside of work, Madeline volunteers at Manegait, supporting individuals with disabilities through therapeutic horsemanship. She also enjoys dog training and shares her home with her two dogs, Charlie and Brody.
