As CARES Supervisor at North Dallas Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital, she works closely with clients and care teams to ensure clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and a welcoming experience.

Laura’s background includes working alongside specialty services such as ophthalmology, surgery, and critical care, where she has helped guide clients through complex treatment plans and emotionally challenging visits. She values empathy, teamwork, and attention to detail, and strives to create a calm, organized environment that supports both families and hospital staff.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and enjoys problem-solving and improving processes that enhance the overall client experience. Laura is proud to be part of a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality emergency and specialty care.
